RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are the purchaser and your purchase is for personal use and not for your personal business, you are entitled to return the product within 14 calendar days. This right applies provided that the product is in its original condition and the return is made by your own means and at your own cost within 14 calendar days of the day of withdrawal (whether you return it yourself or send it by a carrier). If the return is approved, we will refund you in full the price you paid for that purchase in the same way you paid for it.

Terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

You may exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product and no additional justification is required from you. The basic requirement for the return is that the product must be in its original condition, the packaging must be intact and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products, and materials must be included. Where the product has lost its value due to mishandling that goes beyond the mere consideration of the functionality and features of the product, you will be required to pay compensation for the reduction in value. In this case, this financial compensation will be deducted from the amount of the refund. In any such case, you will be informed before the credit and refund process is completed.

Receipt from the shop

The company provides the customer with the possibility of receiving the products sold through the online store, when they are available, from the store at 18th km Thessaloniki – Pereaia or the store at 228-230 Vas. Olga and Aegean, depending on which one he/she chooses.

For pick up from the store, the buyer can come to the indicated store hours and pick up the products of the order, unless a prior telephone notification from the delivery department of our company for non-availability.

Delivery to a carrier of your choice

The company also offers the customer the possibility to choose the carrier with which the order will be delivered. In this case, the buyer should contact us first and inform us accordingly. Also, by delivering with the carrier of your choice, it automatically means that the buyer assumes the shipping cost that will be set by the respective carrier and the charge provided for delivery to the carrier by the delivery department of our company.

In this case, the buyer assumes responsibility for the safety of the goods and our company is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport.
